How do I return an item ?
After receiving your order, you have the option of returning one or all of the items within 14 days.
To do this, send us a clear e-mail or letter stating the order details (name of the person(s) placing the order, order number, item or article number of the product) to kontakt@piekhome.de or by post to AYRN GmbH, Mansfelder Str. 20, 44892 Bochum, Germany
You can optionally use the sample cancellation form below.
A link will then be sent to you by e-mail where you can print a return label with just a few clicks.
You can of course also instruct a shipping service provider of your choice.
Please send the items back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label
Please pack the goods in such a way that they survive the return shipment without damage, ideally in the undamaged original shipping packaging. Stick the label on the box so that the original shipping label is no longer visible (remove the shipping label if necessary).
Once packed, please take the parcel to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider.
If your item was delivered by a forwarding company, a forwarding company will collect the goods. The goods must be dismantled and packed in such a way that they can survive the return shipment without damage, ideally in the undamaged original shipping packaging.
Our forwarding agent will arrange the collection date with you within a few days of initiating the return.
Cancellation of purchase contracts for delivery to a third country (outside the EU) is not possible.

Who bears the shipping costs for the return ?
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer free returns.
You are responsible for the costs of returning parcels and forwarding goods.
The return costs for parcels are based on the costs of the shipping service provider.
The return costs of forwarding goods depends on your region.
The return costs for forwarding goods in zone 1 (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia) are between 60 and 200 euros (estimated amounts)
In the event of a complaint (faulty, incorrect or incomplete item), return shipping is of course free of charge.
When will the purchase amount be refunded ?
As soon as the goods have arrived undamaged at our warehouse, the refund of the total amount including shipping costs will be transferred immediately to the selected payment method.
Usually the refund will be made immediately, but no later than 14 days (depending on the payment method) after receipt of the return.
What do I do if my order has arrived in faulty condition ?
If an item has not been delivered to you in perfect condition, you naturally have the option of making a complaint about the item.
This includes, for example, if you have received the wrong item, the item is defective, parts are missing from a package of the item or you have received parts twice.

In the case of damaged items, you can speed up the process by sending us photos of the defective item and, if applicable, the defective packaging.
How can I make a warranty claim for defective goods ?
Within the first two years after purchase, you have a statutory warranty claim on the ordered goods from the date of delivery. For items from Pottery Pots, this is 5 years.
Please contact us at kontakt@piekhome.de and describe the problem. If necessary, send us appropriate pictures.
We will then try to find the best possible solution in consultation with the manufacturer.
This may be a repair, complete replacement or subsequent delivery of a spare part.
