To access the Cargoboard shipment tracking system, simply visit https://my.cargoboard.com/de/tracking. Here you can view the status of your consignment after entering the postcode and consignment number. You will receive the consignment number by e-mail, and we will also be happy to provide you with this on request.
What can I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
It is possible to issue Cargoboard with a drop-off authorisation. If required, this additional service can be booked through us. You as the recipient can also book this service with the Cargoboard service team.
Can I arrange the delivery date by telephone?
Yes, Cargoboard offers the option of arranging the delivery date by telephone. However, this service is only available if it has been booked with Cargoboard. If not, the service can also be booked through us at a later date. This additional booking should be notified at least one day before the delivery.
