Yes, we ship all products offered worldwide
How much does shipping cost outside Germany ?
Parcels (up to 31.5 kg gross weight) are automatically charged at the checkout.
Shipping is free above 500 € order value.
How much does it cost to ship forwarding goods outside Germany ?
For countries in zone 1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia)
the shipping costs for forwarding goods (over 31.5 kg gross weight) are a flat rate of 90 euros.
Shipping is free of charge for orders over 3000 euros.
For all other countries, the shipping costs for forwarding goods (over 31.5 kg gross weight) will be calculated individually and communicated to you after your order.
The shipping costs are usually between 100 and 300 euros

Can I return products ?
Yes, the European right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
Is the return shipment free of charge ?
Unfortunately not yet!
We are working towards being able to offer you free return shipping in the future.
The return costs for forwarding goods in zone 1 (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia) are between 60 and a maximum of 200 euros (estimated amounts).
If the return shipment is our fault or the fault of the transport company, the return shipment is of course free of charge.
What is the delivery time within Germany ?
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 7-14 working days.
Within Germany, the delivery time for parcels and forwarding goods is usually 7-10 working days.

What is the delivery time outside Germany ?
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 10-14 working days.
Parcels and forwarding goods to countries bordering Germany also France regularly 10 working days.
Other countries in the EU regularly 10-14 working days.
All other countries regularly 10-20 working days.

Yes, the Europe-wide statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
